Hi guys, this is a quick, very quick, maybe four or five minute exercise that I just felt was more beneficial for us today as a collective as a group than our typical visualization exercises. And I hope however you're feeling however, you've been feeling that you make room for yourself to feel those things and be those things

and holds big emotions and hold little emotions and let yourself feel them all shaming yourself or none of it. Because like the ocean, you are meant to hold all of those things and more all at once flowing and ebbing and flowing and adding and it's not above your ability. It's actually like your job kind of.
