So I wanted to share two things that have really helped me within the past two months just get more well, like just be more well, because you we all are well, we just have to live in it and embody it and let the energy carry us into where it wants us to go. So first thing that I did was I found an Ayurvedic doctor, this was at the beginning of the summer, so I've been waiting like months to see this guy, or weeks to see this guy. And he's the only Ayurvedic doctor like in the area I'll give you guys like a reko because I think he does virtual consults. It's really hard to find an actual like, Indian Ayurvedic doctor because not that non Indians can't practice it, but I'd like to go to the source because they're like steeped in it, you know, not like they learned it, they're like, that's what they that's, that's who they are. Those who practice and those who like understand it as the form of like food is medicine kind of thing. So if you don't know i your VEDA as I'm reading on is a google.com. Whatever, it's your constitution and it's basically a personality test for your body and for your diet. And it's amazing and so so so those that Why did you go to this doctor if you can take a quiz? Because I wanted a personalized approach. I was like, I don't know if I'm doing this right. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Who knows by vibrance, I am a vibrant gal. But I am actually like a hybrid of Pitta and Kapha. So slow moving energy and really fiery energy, which is crazy, because I can't even talk about astrology lately. You guys I believe in God, like, calm down. Nothing is that serious ever than reference to like the desktop calm? And I was like, Is this how celebs feel at scale? And I'm like, I am a celeb, but like she promptly deleted the app after again. I don't know why I downloaded it because I thought I want to break so I'm not doing that because I'm like, and earth sign with two fire placements for like my big three. It's like, makes a lot of sense. Like, I don't know if it's even like that way. But yeah, it's cool. And if you think about it, actually, now that I'm thinking about it, there's like different sort of fire signs or signs, air signs and water signs and we all have water within us. So we're all kind of not water signs, but you know what I mean? And then the Constitution's relate to like Vata, which is like air and lightness pedo which is like pitta, which is like fire and Kapha which is like earth energy, you know, cool. Personally, I think the thing that like got me the most was that like, and that got me the most was like I naturally like, stay away from certain foods like I've never like, this is why keto never worked for me. I never liked avocado. I absolutely despise them. They're just like heavy and like, like butter with no flavor. I use don't like avocados, things like oils that I use, like I use olive oil mostly. But with this assessment, it was like oh, for your like type your constitution olive oils tend to be a bit heavier. And then I switched to sunflower oil. And it was so much lighter. I just had like so much energy see those little things that are like just giving your body a facial like it's amazing. It's great. The inside of your facial it's amazing to be avocado again something that's like aggravates my constitutions and the more you learn about this the more you'll get it but I think it's just like good to know it's like cool stuff like opening your When did I first learn about it maybe a few years ago, but I didn't put it into practice. And I was like I don't like this This is weird, but I wasn't ready to marry the mind body and soul but it really is mind body and soul. I would argue it's mind body soul above all else, but who am I but a gal looking for herself in everyone. Second thing, green juice. I've been doing green juice, my dears. My Love Actually will we make this three things. I'll tell you about my shower experience after I've finished doing cold showers at the end for three minutes for 10 days to see if my like resting heart rate gets to like an athlete status. Like right now I'm already pretty much there but like, apparently it exercises your vascular system and all this really cool stuff that I will talk about. It's the Wim Hof Method. It's all about breathing and utilizing your body's full physical potential. Not exercise related. It's amazing. But am I gonna say Oh, green juice, started juicing because it was exciting to dare. Um, oh, no. Okay, so I saw a pig. Literally my thought process like I saw Jake share of a doll. She was it was during the finals, the Euro Cup finals. And she was looking so skinny. I was like, I forgot this girl was so skinny. Like, what did she do again? And it was a sirtfood diet and I was like, cool. Then I like look through and I'm like this seems like a scam. But there's green juice though. Let me finish. Let me try this. Let me see what's up. And I did and it's amazing. It's literally I haven't been a big green juice fan because I was like my juice to be like slightly sweet. But this green juice The recipe is like two handfuls of kale a handful of a rucola what else green apple salad celery juice will celery and parsley and ginger and lemon. So good. It literally is so refreshing. Tastes pretty bland. But I think the lemon and the apple do a little dance and it makes like okay, palatable swallowable without like hating your life. Not like wheatgrass at all. But like to get this euphoric high from it. It's so so good. It's like the nutrients or something happens with something. And the thing is if I put in one day I put a banana in there to do like a little experiment. I put a banana in there because one day I was like does this taste the same like in a blender and like not a juicer and it just didn't have the same effect I think sugar glucose or whatever it is just like inhibits that high that you get from just pure plant sources and sun sources of nutrients and it was just amazing. So I highly recommend that you try it because it is amazing and wonderful and just so great. I've been thinking a lot about just like surrender, you know, like it just just came to me so it's probably For somebody who's listening, but like, surrendering your idea of how things are supposed to go, not how things are supposed to go, but like what those things even are, you know, like we are so married to like these ideas of things as they should be, and then how they should happen. But we're looking at that through the lens of our ego and through the lens of our fear and through the lens of things that our ego believes will make us safe, that we've somehow convinced ourselves that we are ego when in fact, we're not. We're literally sins we tell our ego what's up like, it's not, it's not the stuff not again, it's not the girm you see, like surrender control. So I think it's important August, especially for some reason, what's the day to day, like, it's not even the eighth on the eighth, it's something like, can't even talk about astrology. But yeah, just like surrendering control, and just allowing, allowing, allowing being in a state of allowance. And what that actually is, is dropping into your feminine energy, which is equally important because both male and female identifying people have every single human being on Earth has both male and female energy deposits, and they lean towards one side more so than another. And one side is like the polarity that's more natural to them, right? So it's like, Guys, you know, it's crazy, like, whatever I just said, Now, like, I didn't think about it, like, it's just like coming out of me is my crazy. Oh, geez. But um, that polarity is not my last the flow. But that polarity is something else. It's literally what you lean into or lean out of and where you feel more comfortable and where you're supposed to be. So if you're feeling this friction and tension around release, it means you're supposed to release because it means you're choking, you're holding tightly to something somewhere.
